Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED 27 AUGUST 2026
Short version: there are no accounts, no cookies, no advertising, and no analytics. Your dive lives in your own browser. What reaches the server is the words you type as answers and the score you finish with.
Stored in your browser
Krillion Infinite uses localStorage — not cookies — under keys beginning
krillion:. Nothing here leaves your device unless it is listed in the next
section:
- Player ID — a random identifier generated on your device. It is not linked to a name, an email, or any account, and it exists only to keep one day's dive coherent.
- Dive in progress — which round you are on and when the clock ends, so a refresh does not cost you the day.
- History — your finished dives, scores, and best score.
- Answers you have caught and your sound preference.
Clearing your browser's site data for this site erases all of it, permanently. There is no server-side copy to restore it from.
Sent to the server
- Answers you submit, with the prompt they belong to, so they can be scored.
- Answers the game rejected, so genuinely valid answers can be added to the bank and mistakes repaired. This is why the words you type are logged at all.
- Your finished score for the day, with the random player ID.
None of this asks for, or is joined to, your identity. Please do not type personal information into the answer box — it is a game about naming spices and film directors, and anything typed there may end up in a log.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes ordinary web-server request data (including IP address and browser user agent) to serve and protect the site.
Third parties
The typeface is served by Google Fonts, so loading a page contacts
fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which receives your IP
address. That is the only third-party request the site makes. There are no analytics scripts,
no advertising networks, and no social embeds.
Children
This is a general-audience game. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect personal information at all.
Your choices
- Clear site data to erase everything stored locally.
- Play in a private window to keep nothing between sessions.
- Write to hello@krillion.lol with any question about data, including a request to remove logged answers — quote the date and the words so they can be found.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be called out on the site.
