Krillion Infinite is a free daily game. Playing it means accepting the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. The game

The site is provided free of charge, as it is, for personal entertainment. Prompts, scores, tiers, and the schedule may change at any time, and the game may be interrupted, altered, or discontinued without notice.

2. Fair play

You agree not to:

• Use scripts, bots, or automated tools to submit answers or to query the site's endpoints in bulk.
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reconstruct the answer bank, or to obtain prompts that have not aired yet.
• Interfere with the service or with other people's ability to play — including flooding, probing, or attacking the site.
• Submit content that is unlawful or abusive. Submitted answers are logged, so treat the box as public.

Access may be blocked, by rate limiting or otherwise, where any of this is happening.

3. Content and ownership

The game, its design, its wording, and its answer bank belong to the operator of this site and may not be copied or redistributed as a whole without permission. Sharing your own dive result — the emoji strip, your score — is exactly what it is there for; share it freely.

Prompts may name real people, works, brands, and places. Those names belong to their respective owners and appear here only as answers to trivia questions. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

4. Accuracy

Answers are sorted into tiers by hand and by judgement. Some of those judgements are arguable and some are simply wrong. Scores are entertainment, not a statement of fact about how obscure anything really is. Corrections are welcome at hello@krillion.lol.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. There is no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a dive in progress will survive a bug, an outage, or a cleared browser.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site, including lost scores, streaks, or history.

7. Privacy

Data handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top will change when they are. Continuing to play after a change means accepting the updated terms.
